At Selwyn Ridge Primary we manage roll growth through a zone and an enrolment scheme.

Home Zone
All students who live within the home zone described below shall be entitled to enrol at the school.

The zone includes residential addresses on
* Welcome Bay Road (and including) No's 79 east to no. 238;
* Meadowviews, Ryegrass, Cloverlea, Lucerne, Pampas and Ridgemount Streets;
* James Cook Dr from Welcome Bay Road to Endeavour and Keam Way;
* Endeavour, Pandora and Keam Way;
* All streets east of Otumanga Stream as far as (and including) Philomel, Osprey to no. 82, Hawk, Peregrine Place, and Kestral (which includes stage 3 of Northridge Estate) to No. 34, Rosella Drive to No.43 on left and 72 on right.

Proof of residence within the zone will be required. This could be in the form of a power or phone account showing the residential address.

Each year, applications for enrolment for the following year from in-zone students will be sought by a date that will be published in a daily or community newspaper circulating in the area served by the school. This will enable the Board to assess the number of places that can be made available to students who live outside the home zone.

Out of Zone Enrolments
Each term the Board will determine the number of places that are likely to be available in the following term for the enrolment of students who live outside the home zone. The Board will publish this information by notice in a daily or community newspaper circulating in t he area served by the school. The notice will indicate how applications are to be made and will specify a date by which all applications must be received.

Applications for enrolment will be processed in the following order of priority:
First priority: special programmes - (not applicable)
Second priority: will be given to applicants who are siblings of current students
Third priority: will be given to applicants who are siblings of former students
Fourth priority: will be given to applicants who are children of former students
Fifth priority: will be given to all other applicants
