The Selwyn Ridge Hockey Hub Starts: Wednesday 14  May on the school sports turf from 3:00pm to 4:15pm.  However we will need 10 or more registered children from our community to attend the programme at school in order for it be run. If we can't then your child will be able to attend the programme at the Tauranga Boys College on Saturdays from 9am to 10am.

The programme is designed and developed for 5 and 6 year old children who are 'new' players to the game of hockey. The sessions will have a mixture of fundamental skills, game sense, hockey skills and fun games encouraging hand-eye co ordination and learning by doing. 

All equipment is provided including hockey sticks and each child is given their own mouthguard. Children will need to wear shinpads/longsocks and suitable sports shoes and clothing.
